  This is the 2nd year using rainsoft. Year 1 was fine, this year is a complete train wreck.
  April 9th was my appointment, went fine except no filters for the RO, okay no biggie, well here we are May 9th still no RO filters. I called and spoke to Lynn, very nice lady and has tried to assist, but today I spoke to a very nasty unprofessional Laura, who has not had Dave call me back and hung up me 2x’s. Startlingly horrible customer service. In the meantime I called the original water care company and they have the filters there and Laura lied and said they gave her zero information. Hopefully this issue can be resolved since I’ve already paid.
